John is an experienced project and programme manager with particular expertise in the IT and related industries gained over the last 25 years. He has significant line management experience for Project and Programme Managers, has run a facilities management organisation and has prepared and delivered project management training across Europe and North America. He has worked with Clients in a wide range of industry sectors including Defence, Rail, Software and Health. He is currently working on a Project Governance and Sponsorship assignment.

Paul Hollands

Paul is an experienced project management practitioner with particular expertise in training needs analysis, development, delivery and Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP). He is a registered Insights TM practitioner and coach/mentor. Paul has a Diploma in Engineering Management, an Advanced Certificate in the Psychology of Learning & Training, an Advanced Diploma in Training & Development, is a Master Practitioner in the art and science of Neuro Linguistic Programming and holds an ILM Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring. Furthermore, Paul has a Certificate in Training Practice awarded by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Prior to joining PMPL, Paul spent 7 years working for Defence Procurement Management Training (DPMT) developing and delivering specific project management training events for the Defence Procurement Agency.

Carl Karshagen

Carl has over twenty five years project management experience gained across a wide range of industry sectors and environments. He has been involved in methodology development, project office development support, project initiatives management and general development of project management capability for organisations in a wide range of industry sectors. He has a particular interest in the infrastructure aspects of Project Management, effective support for projects being a common theme in much of his work.

Jo Langley

Jo is an experienced project mangement practitioner with particular expertise in programme mangement and project control (includin grisk and planning management) annd project management training development and delivery in the Rail Industry.  She has experience of working and large and small projects in the UK and overseas and has a vast amount of experience of project management, control, planning and risk mobilisation and its practical use in Mainline and Mass Transit Rail Projects.

Since joining PMPL, Jo has concentrated on supporting the Network Rail training and consultancy framework contract, delivering training in risk management, project controls and rail infrastructure project management.

Gerry’s background is in the management of leading edge design projects/programmes on behalf of major clients.

Angus is an experienced project/programme management/ PRINCE2 practitioner and has particular expertise in training development and delivery. He has worked with many clients in a wide range of industries and has particular experience of the Ministry of Defence, Telecommunications, NHS, Insurance, Local Government and IT industries. In particular, he has supported Cable and Wireless’ Global Project & Programme Management Framework method development and was a focus for its delivery.

Paul Naybour

Paul is an experienced project management practitioner and has particular expertise in change programme management, risk management, earned value management and project management training development/delivery. Paul has delivered a wide range of training programmes and consultancy assignments for clients in many sectors including engineering and construction. Currently Paul is leading PMPL’s Rail Division, which is supporting major development programmes at Network Rail, TfL, Metronet and Jarvis Rail.

Eileen Roden

Eileen is an experienced IT project and programme manager with particular expertise in local, regional and global programme/project offices. She has extensive knowledge of programme and project management, methodologies and tools; complimented by experience in a functional HR role which enables her to bring a broader perspective to project and programme processes, particularly in relation to resource management. Eileen has established close working relationships with Clients in a wide range of industry sectors and has been instrumental in developing and implementing formal business management systems and ways of working.

A combination of remote site locations, bespoke/high integrity equipment, intricate financial arrangements and logistical/cultural complexities ensure that he brings a uniquely challenging view to the project management environment.

Adrian is also Vice Chairman of APM’s Professional Development Board and is an elected member of APM’s Council.

Rob is an experienced project management practitioner, having particular expertise in Industrial Control Systems and Information Technology projects. He has worked closely with clients in many business sectors including IT, pharmaceuticals, insurance, banking, engineering and defence. Rob has carried out post-graduate research in Human Behaviour in Organisations, concentrating on the effects of changing technology on organisational power.
