MSP Training - Managing Successful Programmes Certification

MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) is a best-practice guide from the OGC describing a structured approach for managing programmes. It has been developed using the collective expertise and practical experience of some of the leading practitioners in the field. This means that it not only reflects best practice, but is also an accessible, workable technique that has been tested by those working in the real world.

MSP Training with PMPL

PMPL is an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) by the APM Group to deliver Managing Successful Programmes training.

The following MSP courses are available:-

• MSP Foundation (MSPF) - 3 day non residential couse which includes the Foundation exam
  
• MSP Practitioner (MSPP) - 5 day residential courses which include both the Foundation and Practitioner exams and hotel costs
• MSP Practitioner (MSPP) - 5 day non-residential courses which include both the Foundation and Practitioner exams
• MSP Practitioner Exam Preparation Workshop - 2 day non-residential course which includes the Practitioner exam
  
• MSP Advanced Practitioner (MSPP) - non-residential 2 day courses which include the exam
