CLS Rail - Introduction
Project Management Professional Learning (PMPL) Rail Division is dedicated to raising the project management competence and capability within the rail industry. Working with major clients and contractors within the industry, PMPL Rail Division has a unique insight into the challenges that must be overcome to deliver excellence in rail project and programme management. Our aim is to help organisations strengthen their in-house project management capability. We are highly flexible and can support organisations using a wide range of interventions, from needs analysis, knowledge/competence assessment, policy and procedure development, training, which can be highly bespoke to a clients requirements, project manager certification and tools training (such as P3e). Our focus is always on how we can deliver value to our clients.
